List of
Absolute No-Nos in regards to CCA:
1.
Do not contact any CCA sponsor and expect them to pull old receipts and
invoices for turn-in. It is the customer's responsibility to ask for
their receipt
at the time of purchase.
2.
Solicitation of receipts in the vicinity of a sponsor's place of business is
strictly
prohibited. That is, you may not stand in a sponsor's place of business
and ask
other customers for their receipts.
3.
Employees of CCA sponsors may not save that sponsor's receipts for a CCA group,
except for his/her personal purchases. This practice does not allow for
true CCA
sales results for the sponsor and will tarnish the reputation of the club which
submits the receipts. The CCA Director as the authority to discard the
receipts
and adjust the tally sheet totals. By doing this, you will forfeit the
opportunity for
your club (East Coast Exotic Animal Rescue) to earn cash on that turn-in date.
4.
If you are having a CCA problem with a sponsor, please contact the CCA director
FIRST. The issue should be resolved with the help of the sponsor's WGET
Marketing Specialist. The issue may simply be a matter of miscommunication
or a need for additional training.
